Bring a book to bed; it will be good, even when it puts you to sleep!
So many claim they are wrapped up in the rat race and have no time to read.
In most cases it has just to do with the inability to replace a bad habit with a good one.
A book is a good friend to go back to, and an opportunity to have some quality time.
At the end of the day, instead of skipping channels with a remote control, read a book.
Take a break, and go on a brief vacation in a world of your choice. Happy reading!
